Calendar Update InstructionsAfter getting the instructions above, click on the link below to get a Facility Use Request Form, also in Microsoft Word 2003. Print out the form and fill it out per the instructions and take to the Church Office. You also could enter your information in the Word file you download, then SaveAs the file to something like yournamemodayyr.doc (example: JakeSmith041510.doc).
